Priorities were not set on the right things, roadmapping changed constantly and there was no coherence. One day something was the focus, the next day it could be something completely different. I agree with some other comments here regarding management style being old-fashioned: our schedules needed to be completely full and we had to update our priorities each week, however hard this was due to changing nature of the business. None of my suggestions were ever implemented during my time there. Overall, I felt like I wasted my time in this company and wouldn't recommend it to potential candidates.
