good benefits and paid time off, pay is decent, management is pretty fair and reasonable.

Cons

sometimes the hours can be tough due to vessels, but that's part of the job

Cons

Upper management favors outside brokers instead of direct Sprague employees. There is ZERO protection on your accounts from the outside brokers. Cannibalism at it's worst! Sprague's theory is to favor non Sprague employee brokers because you don't have to give them benefits or a salary.
