Pros
a good working atmosphere, a lot of flexibilty in working times, several social benefits, very good place to learn and enhance my career as i work on large scale projacts, especially in the field of renewable energies,
Cons
i really dont find lot of cons except maybe the salaries are slightly low compared to other big firms which are active in the same field as for example siemens.
