Pros

Get to work from home

Cons

Unfortunate opportunity to work here and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I joined the organization, it became evident that the company's promises and reputation did not match the reality of the workplace. Company management was abysmal. There was a complete lack of transparency and communication, leaving employees feeling left in the dark about important decisions and changes. It seemed like upper management had no interest in listening to employee concerns or addressing them in a meaningful way. This lack of support and guidance created a toxic work environment where individuals felt undervalued and powerless. Instead of a positive atmosphere, the company seemed to thrive on internal politics and favoritism, making it difficult for talented individuals to succeed based on merit alone. Additionally, the workload and expectations were completely unrealistic. There was a constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines and targets, with no consideration for work-life balance. Overtime was expected as the norm, leading to burnout and a decline in overall productivity. The lack of appreciation for employees' personal lives and well-being was truly disheartening. The compensation and benefits package offered were also disappointing. Salaries were well below industry standards, and there were no clear paths for career growth or advancement. Lastly, the company's overall ethical practices were questionable at best. There were instances where I witnessed unethical behavior and a disregard for legal and moral obligations. This lack of integrity was deeply troubling and made it difficult to align myself with the company's values. In conclusion, my experience was filled with frustration, unrealistic expectations, disillusionment, and a sense of wasted potential. I would strongly caution anyone considering a position here to think twice before accepting an offer.

Pros

Bcorp Certified, work from home if you aren’t Vancouver or Toronto based. (If you are there is an expectation to go into the office)

Cons

Unsafe work environment mentally (many have taken leaves of absence for mental health), CSuite is out of touch with the staff and does not communicate well, salaries are not fair, benefits package is not helpful, no professional development opportunities, unrealistic kpi’s and expectations of staff, overtime is just expected in roles, treat people like commodities and not people, the things outlined in our website - vision, mission, culture, are not realities of working here, maybe management thinks it’s correct but it is definitely not in alignment with the reality of the culture of the company.
