Pros

People are easy to deal with and cares about employees. They made sure engagement is present all the time. They paid us on time. Application is an easy process.

Cons

No benefits are currently provided for remote employees based in the Philippines, but I’m hopeful this will be implemented in the future.

Pros

I've found my time at Spring Financial to be exceptionally positive, largely thanks to the vibrant company culture and the amazing team. Everyone is not only highly skilled but also incredibly supportive and willing to help. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, which makes even the busiest days enjoyable. It's clear that Spring Financial prioritizes a healthy and engaging workplace, and I'm proud to be part of it.

Cons

Can't think of anything as of this moment. If I really have to give one, maybe more time for training

Pros

Work from home, equipment provided.

Cons

-sales dept forces / tries to force you to stay late if you don't make enough call time. -rude, aggressive supervisors in sales dept. -no breaks, just lunch. recently after complaining about stress and lack of support the CSR team was granted two, 10 minute paid breaks. -supervisors ask you to leave reviews for them on external sites, like glassdoor. -so. much. gossip. if you enjoy having privacy, hide your social medias from searches. -promote incapable employees to management positions regularly, usually with hilariously awful endings -pressuring people into taking and keeping potentially harmful-to-them products -micromanagement city. ex: before breaks were given to the csr team, if you popped yourself on break to use the washroom and couldn't get there and get back within two minutes the managers would be messaging you like mad. -management tries to be buddy buddy with you, but if you talk about any issues you're having its used against you/you're made to feel poorly about it. -frequently told across the company that the mental health of employees is a priority, however it isnt taken seriously at all.
