"examples of favouritism here is when you don’t do anything as there is literally nothing to do at the moment, you’ll be told off and told to do nothing whilst the other co workers will do nothing and talk and slack off whilst you do the work for them, which is just weird.. if u even go on ur phone for 3 minutes you’ll be told off by the manager or even a co worker even tho THEY ARE ALSO ON THEIR PHONE. the manager will also embarrass u infront of the whole restaurant just to prove to he is right and constantly ur actions and make u feel like nothing when you’re just trying to do your job.
