      Pros

      Great health insurance if you are looking for. Founders are good (Note: only founders, not self proclaimed founders)

      Cons

      The list is endless here The biggest pain in this company are the so-called self proclaimed Co founders. Despite our Engg sprint and regular discussions on monthly touch points, internal meetings keep getting setup on weekends. Bias and partiality towards other folks is high as they get higher apprails than those who deserve. Raising voice on that causes a red flag. Internal leadership is even worse here If it’s not for Girish and Raghu most people would exit by now. Funnily even other self-proclaimed Co-founders are also started dictating how our team should function m

      Nothing much to even talk about here about the company, except a decent health insurance

      Cons

      The list goes on Work is 3rd class job, even 12th grade candidates can do this. Favouritism is encouraged to suit only those who talk more, very poor leadership. Support work used to be more collaborative but now it’s more of solving dirty issues. The team is the last one should look to join Compensation is worst and work life balance is the worst in any saas firm

      Not worth the hype

      Somehow managed to stay afloat, but future is bleak

      List is endless Join here as a PM if you have no other option in the market. The product is not worth the hype and as a PM you may not learn much Project sprints are never adhered and as-hoc requests will spoil the whole product fabric. Only 2 people dictate how a product should work or be built, opinion of others is for namesake and not considered to its totality. Kind of work PMs do here is not worth it to the hype created outside. Effort and hard work are never appreciated here, but rather outcomes matter. A bad example of philosophy applied here. You are only valued if you deliver
