      Good people and great relationships built

      Cons

      Management isn't clear in what they want and they rotate through staff quickly, can be cliquey and it is a very male-dominated atmosphere with tempers flaring.

      OK if you are a professional engineer

      Pay was okay but did not compare to 'professionals'.

      Cons

      You do not get perks or mentoring if you are not a 'professional', meaning engineer, geologist or geophysicists. They do not recognize that other degrees take as much work and dedication.
