Pros
I love working at Sprwt because of it's fast-paced, high-energy environment. We are constantly pushing ourselves to improve and innovate, and it's exciting to be a part of such a dynamic team. The management is very transparent and open to feedback, which makes for a great work culture. This was my first job after a bootcamp so I was really green but they are so open to teaching us and I've learned more in 2 months than I did a year in school.
Cons
Since the team is small sometimes guidance can be limited and you need to figure things out on your own, but it's always fun to see it work and you figured it out!
