      no pros such small scale dukans in the name of software companies should be shut down

      the only con is your time will be wasted they are so poor to provide you with the salary they will do everything else instead of paying good money your career will die working at such company instead of joining them better join some other or any other

      Blame gamers, have no meaning of professionalism, career destroyers of new comers, they usually bring their kids to office. He is running a shop and not a company. He will take the work as per his needs and then will throw out of the shop without giving salary and experience letter and instead give termination. They have the ability to poke others in every action. In addition to above all the reviews posted on this page are fake and has been forced by the employer to post the same. He will treat you like labour and not like employee.
