      Nothing to describe about the consultancy pros because there is nothing like that..

      Cons

      Providing a fake information about their consultancy during interview stating that we have a good benchmark this and that.. There is no job security here.. They will send you out when ever they want. They won't provide you the offer letter till you complete a closure and they will inform you like you will be having 1week of training and they won't provide any kind of training over there.. Work pressure.. Many of my colleagues where send out from the consultancy with in 1 week stating that their performance was not good I don't know how they can judge a person within 2 days if they are too intelligent in that particular field they would have known about the candidate during screening them directly..

      Best company to start the career as a HR Recruiter

      Pros

      It is really a good place to whomsoever starting their career in HR. They provide us effective training. Each and every doubts in the work will be cleared in a good clarity by the trainers here. The trainers are very friendly and also a good mentors. They Let us explore in all their requirements they are hiring. They find the unique talents hidden and make way for us. Even they motivate to work in high level designation requirement they are hiring for in short span of time. They will teach us punchuality. There are numerous incentive schemes available here. Quick Designation hike also will happen. So there is no doubt to start the career as a fresher here.

      Depends on individuals , as per my concern nothing to downsize
