Pros

- Free branded clothing (second-hand), is provided to the employees. - Sale every quarter in which quality rejected stuff is sold to employees is a great perk working here I guess.

Cons

- Toxic management, specially when it comes to mismanagement they are number one, throwing important tasks and calling meeting when its time to leave, almost around 7pm-8pm. - No work life balance. - Role confusion, you will be confused what's your role is, are you a customer support guy or a marketing guy or whatever, but wont be working for what you are hired for. - In Pakistan office shared space, I was so depressed, there no any celebration for Pakistan team and no leaves even no Federal leaves. - Flexible hours and Leaves: Forget it! - If you hear a word Culture and Values be aware they dont follow their own culture and values and as soon as you try, they will fire you, THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY.
