Pros

Honestly, none worth mentioning. Very traumatic experience

Cons

Extremely toxic senior management with zero respect for employees. Unrealistic workload — expected to handle all accounting alone for a company with 170+ employees. Poor financial controls and outdated processes — major accounting issues ignored. No support, no resources, no leadership. High stress, constant pressure, and zero work-life balance.

Pros

the residents the staff are friendly ( this does not include management)

Cons

MANAGEMENT, this is the biggest glaring issue of the place, the building administrator is racist, and has gone out of her way to push away good employees because "they scared her" citing falsehoods like gang affiliation or that their general attitude scared them. Management also refuses to listen to the needs of their employees, such as the need for more staff at night shifts, instead as long as the problem does not affect management it does not get focused on, Every manager there refuses to see others can be right and if they deem that your experience does not matter they will actively ignore your advice. Management has been known to actively target employees they don't like until they leave
