      Pros

      My time at St Michael's house was very enjoyable and rewarding due to the lovely residents I had the opportunity to work and support.

      Cons

      Staffing issues and being moved to different units has definitely been a cons. Also working alongside non nursing staff who feels they are more knowledgeable than nurses can be quite frustrating.
