Pros
If you are Catholic and are comfortable with the conservative nature of a small Catholic College. This is a true community, it feels like a family. It offers a chance to have real balance in work and family life. This is a place that you will have direct contact with the full spectrum of potential colleagues across field and specialties.
Cons
This is not a place for Single people, progressives, gays, or most liberal academics. The Green Bay area is very gossipy and suspicious of outsiders. The students are hostile to professors who challenge them and illuminate the problems with the status quo. There are major climate issues related to race, class, and gender.
