Stop!! Do not take the position or listen to lies. Before you take a job with staance, reach out to ANY of the many MANY ex employees via linkedin. You will not find any who will say something good. Literally only a few people still work here after MOST quit or were fired for unexplainable reasons. Something is fishy here for real. The greed of the founders is similar to a Donald Trump business: the powerful prey on the weak and hopeful but don't deliver. Before you take less cash and listen to promises of being "millionaires", check with former employees. You will struggle to find a single employee who left on good terms or has any of the equity that is supposed to make you rich. Do your homework here and don't make the same mistake we did. Companies that shrink after years of inaction don't tend to succeed any way. They offer equity instead of salary, tell you how rich you will be but there is never any evidence this is true other than BS bottle service (lip service).
