Great Place… Until Leadership Shift and Micromanagement

Collaborative, friendly team members Good benefits and work–life balance initially Strong emphasis on employee recognition (at least at first)

Cons

Culture changed when leadership began heavy micromanaging CEOs often stepped into areas outside their expertise and implied they could do your job better “Great Place to Work for Women” is more of a slogan than a reality; with a male-dominated workforce, it was easier to question a woman’s performance than to address inappropriate male behavior. Remote-work conditions were changed for specific department without prior notice, consultation, or consent

The software development team is amazing. Everyone is helpful and smart except the owners...

Cons

This is a wife and husband company, where the goal is always to bill more to clients. The CTO lost the VP of Engineering because he has huge ego, where everything that he thinks like billing all the time and being measure by it is a great idea. He underestimate everyone else and believe he is superior, off course his wife the CEO, I have only seen one time and was totally irrelevant.
