My experience at Stack Builders has been great from the start. The interview process we thorough and well thought out. During the interview process, they are really good about communication and keeping you up to date. Once I started, I felt at home from the very first day. The culture is so inclusive and welcoming, that there was no awkward or uncomfortable. The training was great and well thought out. During the training process, there were lots of opportunities to ask questions. Even after the initial training, there are still workshops and training classes to help refine skills. There is always an opportunity to learn and grow. Overall, the environment and culture are amazing. People are supportive. You are always learning.
