      It is said that every company has some props but here there are none, it's very good for tech and seo people but worst to work in sales

      The employer ie the CEO of the company Smriti Tomar treats her employees like slave Inexperienced CEO hence wants to bully and exploit the employee Timing are 10-7 but do not expect to go home before 8-9 pm Working days are 5 on papers but get ready to be called office for 6 working days every week and not getting additional payment, of you deny to work on a non working day, you are threaten to either strike off as an LOP or threaten to be terminated

      None! Would rather use this space to talk about cons than pros!

      The founders have little to no experience of running a company, treat their employees like cattle, don't have the decency to behave professionally, pay is bad, micromanagers but can't get anything right, no security for employees- can be terminated instantly with or without reason and without F&F in most cases. Smriti Tomar c is extremely high headed and nobody wants to work with her- what kind of leadership is this?

      Nothing good about the company

      Chindi. Fake promises. Founders think they will cut employees hard earned money and will build company. Fake founders, speaking english and bringing expensive stuff to office and drink expensive coffee doesn’t make you founders. Immature and egoistic people.
