Great if you like confusion and no direction
Pros
Decent pay and perhaps you can receive more than 13hrs per week.
Cons
No clear direction as a new hire. You will have 10 managers micromanagement you. None of the 10 managers will be on the same page. You will work a full shift with NO BREAK!..If asked for a break...beware!..if you Don't mind standing a entire shift and treated very poorly and like a robot then go for it. Very hard to contact HR or anyone from higher up because they DO NOT REDPOND...Good Luck., If you like a high school environment work place good luck. No benefit...NOTHING. Breakroom BYOB everything. You barely get a microwave. This was a very cliqueish environment and if you wasn't sucking up...BYE!..Management is run by young adults whom just began and is fire happy. The key is to suck up, bring them something allow them to be Disrespectful to you and you might get a break and more hours.
