      Pros

      Compensation plan. Location. My teammates in the trenches were the best. The company has experienced growth and success over the years because of the sales, recruiting, accounting and support staff. Having said that, I am thankful for the original opportunity.

      Cons

      Missing honesty, integrity, professionalism and certainly respect. The company has grown and experienced some form of success in-spite of the leadership and management parade. All of the veteran employees that built the company are no longer there. A management philosophy of fear, intimidation and peer ridicule drove us all away. Benefits were very expensive. I have turned the page and moved on successfully.

      Pros

      It is the people and the support they have that makes this a great company. Very professional, ethical and most importantly, genuine group of people with vast amounts of experience and passion for IT Staffing. An absolute pleasure to show up for work every day and be among the finest in the business. High standards are expected at all levels of employment and hard work is rewarded. If you are chosen to be a Staffing Technology employee, you have been given an opportunity that does not come by easily in an environment that will challenge and at the same time propel you to be as successful as you choose to be.

      Unhappy & Robotic Environment

      Parking, snacks in the kitchen

      Cons

      Hours are horrible. Company closes at 5:30. You cannot negotiate work hours. You cannot work from home. Very sexist work environment. You have to sign out for lunch. Can only wear jeans on Friday even though there are never any visitors. Several meaningless meetings a day. Very uptight environment. Overbearing, small minded leaders.
