No specialization industry for each consultant, but good becos we can be all-rounded and exposed to many different industry the same time. 360 cycle role so alot things to learn Can be stable career for some people
Cons
Company not forward-thinking, want consultant to do things that might work 10 years ago Training are not very great and most we all learn on-the-job one, and sometimes can be very confusing to what is the right and what is to do kind Actual guidance are not there for new people, and even if sometimes is common sense but still feel scolded/ blamed I know motivation is from us, but company also not helping any I know now is lesser people and company like dont know what to do or how to make people stay longer
