Says don't want to micro manage, but micro manages constantly. Have to write and record every day activities. Management is useless in training, giving advice that everyone can think of themselves. Policy change almost every month, and a lot of useless meetings. Ask for employee feedback on management and policy, we give. Then end up start to explain management's reason and that we are misunderstanding things. Then ask for what... Must see luck on which team lead you have, because some team lead is not helpful at all.
