      Opportunity to earn plenty of money through different jobs. $25 is base pay, job specific pay can be higher but never lower. Per diem is $30/day base pay with job specific being possibly higher but never lower. Good group of coworkers. Great company community. Opportunity to advance. Fully paid health insurance after 18 months.

      Jobs not always available. Can go months without work sometime due to lack of jobs.

      No room for advancement. No raises and have not adjusted to current inflation rates. Subpar management.
