Pros
Great work environment under the new owners. Pay scale has been increased. We see the shows if we choose to at no cost to us. Three meals a day catered at no cost to us. We have a full benefits package, 401K and paid time off. New trucks with APU and shore power.
Cons
Gone from home 2+ months at a time.

Most of the drivers are great! I made som life long friends here. Some tours are your traveling family and you have fun and will have each other's back.
Cons
Long time out away from family. Some tours don't pay enough to make the rewards worth the sacrifice.
