      A lot of dedicated people who want to make a difference

      Cons

      New management wanting to make too many changes too quickly. CEO setting too many hares running on a frequent basis and placing too many demands on senior managers time, inducing stress that filters down to the teams trying to do the work on a day to day basis

      great opportunities friendly professional Support training and cpd team work great atmosphere

      Cons

      Some instructor trainers are aggressive. Not the way trainers should be. Unless maybe this particular role requires it. Continuously shouting and screaming at trainees is not appropriate and i don't believe helps the trainees.
