The environment is toxic, no respect for work life balance and a lot of nepotism makes this a workplace to avoid.

First review I have ever done for a company I've worked at. And sadly, it's not a good review. I highly suggest anyone looking for a position in the web3 space to look elsewhere. Literally I could write a book or at least a very large laundry list of problems that plague the company, but I don't think that's very constructive. Just know it's a pretty toxic environment and for sanity sake I would stay away
