Pros

Incredibly flexible working conditions. You can be fully remote, or make use of the office which is very nice to work in. Hours are flexible, as is vacation. Personally, being able to take a couple of days off here and there on very short notice has been fantastic. The benefits package which includes free boxing sessions, free Mental Health and therapy sessions, £30 a month on Heka and more has something for everyone and makes you feel valued. The ethos of the entire team is brilliant, it starts with the CEO and filters all the way down. Everyone has an equal voice, and everyone is determined to help the team deliver. It's a complete meritocracy, progression is based on performance and attitude, it really feels like when you've done a good job, you're rewarded.

Cons

Some of the benefits, such as the free boxing sessions, are only available to those who can work in the office. It could feel like working remotely penalises you very slightly in this sense.
