It's actually quite bad

Pros

Scheduling shifts is okay if the full timer you're working with is nice/reasonable. Off peak is relaxing, not much to do. Admin work is kinda chill if the center was organised to begin with. It's the opposite if the center is not organised.

Cons

Be prepared to work on PH. No staff would willingly want to work on a PH but someone has to do it. If you're new, good luck. Part-timers don't even get extra pay to work on PH.

Poor Management

Pros

Teachers were friendly to work with, staff were friendly as long as they aren't part of senior management

Cons

Poor upper management, outdated systems and technology. High pressure to sell classes when fees are so high and students have to come for classes on public holidays, clearly only cares about the money but can't seem to pay their staff well
