      - Anyone can talk to anyone, no major layers or hierarchys - Leads are chill , no micromanagement - Good office space, prime location in hsr

      - May be difficult to survive for people who are not very self motivated - Nothing else

      No pros only cons because management is in favour of only few bunch of people whom they have brought into the company

      Cons

      You will find this work place not meant for you within few days of join all the management level people are good at holding grudges if you point anything out simply they just want you to work on their terms without any employee benefits over and above if you left company even with notice period they will give your worst feedback
