Pros
Building an innovative product in the accounting industry is both challenging and motivating. Flexible, remote-friendly company.
Cons
As with most companies, especially startups, the upper-level alignment and decision-making process it's not yet mature. Here it happens mostly due to the ambiguous nature of the accounting judgement and different work styles.
