Pros
The amount of experience you gain mixed with getting to dive right in post production audio for film. You get to work with some well known stars on full length indie pictures. You can build a lot of film credits up fast.
Cons
The hours can be rough and the amount of work and stress for one person can be intense and overbearing. All of that mixed with the severely low salary can be very frustrating.
