      Branch Manager

      Pros

      Active and involved management team with the resources to support their employees and back their decisions. Company core values are God, Family, Career, and Make It Fun. All locations are well stocked with great customer base.

      Cons

      There is a lot placed on the Branch Managers with running the day to day operations of the stores and all of those things can sometimes take over the managers ability to be more involved in the customers and business to business transactions. Overall great work environment and a good learning environment.

      It's a job I suppose.

      Cons

      Manager got off on making girls in her department cry. Nothing was ever right. She would go over something once, very fast, and then when you tried to ask later the response was I've already shown you. Job was more than one person could do, but you were expected to cram 20 hours of work into 8. Managers manager couldn't be bothered. Was told to suck it up or find another job. If you like being mistreated, look no further. Also, nepotism, but only with certain people, and then of course they can do whatever they want. Other departments may not be as bad.

      Depending on manager, one can have a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Corporate disorganization. Poor benefits. Lack of company direction. No training. Lots of nepotism.
