      Growth opportunities in a family-owned, evolving company

      Pros

      Great company and still growing. If you are driven and willing to learn you have plenty of room for advancement. They are opening locations in new states and if you are wanting an opportunity to see new places they can help out! Plus the business is family owned not a corporation.

      Cons

      A company grown as fast as this one does need to incorporate some corporate structure. So some of the day to day process do feel more corporate now.

      Roll up your sleeves culture Young company, lots of room for growth Corporate hiring Seasonal hours, long summer work days shorter winter days Learning opportunities with HVAC support staff

      Cons

      Lack of training structure for any employee, especially trainees Management in some regions just check boxes Lack of alignment in rules/ expectations. Regions ran like franchises No coaching or mentoring opportunities Low salaries all around Minimal time off, God is a core value but you do not get Easter off lol
