Pros
Great company and still growing. If you are driven and willing to learn you have plenty of room for advancement. They are opening locations in new states and if you are wanting an opportunity to see new places they can help out! Plus the business is family owned not a corporation.
Cons
A company grown as fast as this one does need to incorporate some corporate structure. So some of the day to day process do feel more corporate now.
