      Pros

      1)Except salary i will not find any pros. 2)Hope there are more words i can put for pros

      Cons

      1)3 years bond for freshers and 2 years bond for laterals without any hike. 2)No organised work. 3)Bosses show rude behaviour and shout everytime. 4)Employees are treated as slaves 5)No work life balance

      Better to be a Professional in all area

      Pros

      I have worked there almost 3 years, it was a nice working atmosphere for almost 2 years. Colleagues were good enough.

      Cons

      One of the most useless is the HR, not a professional.Good for Nothing.Don't even know basic English. If we get a well mannered sentence through email(Onam,Christmas,New year,welcoming a new employee) ..definitely it can be searched from google. They didn't provide proper certificates at the time of resign. No separate documents for experience certificate and relieving letter. Instead of addressing 'To whomsoever it may concern' they provided like 'To HR, Company Name'. When I ask for the proper certificates CEO replied me that "This is the rule in Standout IT Solution and if you can't accept this you can move legally". If we won't tell the company name they are not going to provide the certificates

      Pros

      I didn't find any positive point during my employment period.

      Cons

      Not a organised company with unacceptable deadlines. Rude behaviour to the employees basically they treat the employees like slaves, no matter you are working 15 hours in a day. HR department is a comedy thing here, only you get the salary on times, not bothering your concerns.
