Pros

Easy recruitment process, no experience needed.

Cons

This is a MLM!! multilevel marketing agency that grows the same way as pyramid schemes. They’re constantly changing names to get rid of bad reviews, during interviewing process they kept referring as PV marketing, which is not the company I applied for, after research I found out that was their previous name, before they were Pivot Marketing, IT’S ALL THE SAME COMPANY! Starters get paid a base salary that turns into commission based after the third week. Income is extremely low, based on commission only, by doing street and parking lot sales all day. They post opening with different job positions but EVERYONE that starts has to do outdoor sales. Extremely long hours without being able to sit or catch breaks. Job is Monday through Saturday, and they hours get extended for those who get promoted to the “next levels” Toxic work environment, and you’re obligues to do cult-like chants every morning. No benefits. No transportation included, you have to pay or drive everyone around to back and forth to the different locations they send you everyday. Zero organization and protocol, and no HR representative. No work/life balance whatsoever.

Pros

None, stay away. Job description does not match the actual role at all

Cons

It is a complete SCAM !!! They trick people into a ‘marketing position’ that is actual you being outside of a bjs parking lot for over 8 hours. Complete pyramid scheme
