Pros

Strong sense of purpose. Fantastic co-workers. Creative work environment with opportunities to grow. Above average compensation. Ability to take an idea and make in a reality in a short amount of time.

Cons

As with any small organization resources are limited. It is also difficult to hide below average performance because every team member counts.

Pros

Very fun and driven workspace. Very intelligent people doing important work. Casual dress code, open to remote developer positions.

Cons

The company is small enough and business sector unique enough that drops in revenue were felt rather quickly. As soon as they scale and can do it properly, they'll be incredible.
