The client base provides unique opportunities to work on & office locations are good.
Cons
Horrible office culture featuring bullying & racism amongst other things which is only cultivated by those at the top. While I never fell prey to these during my time there, I was witness to multiple incidents. It wasn't unusual to come into work and find out that people were no longer working there with no explanation or to find staff crying at their desks due to the abuse that they faced remotely or in the office. All of this leads to high staff turnover and projects being chaotic in nature with staff operating under the fear that they could be removed or that a project would be flipped on them at a moment's notice.
