      Everything. Incompetent from the top down starting with the owners. There are no redeemable qualities associated with working for the Staples.

      Not one comes to mind.

      Cons

      Unorganized, lazy leadership, entitled owners, no focus on quality, culture is non-existent, employees are an afterthought, turnover is massive and frequent, profit dictates quality. Scott Staples is a clueless business owner that believes everything is owed to him because he worked for a good chef 20 years ago. If you respect yourself as a food professional of any sort or are looking for a place to learn, turn the other direction.
