      -Hands-on experience with enough IT equipment to pivot to a better job potentially -Weekly pay

      Cons

      -Doesn't pay out PTO or sick time upon leaving the company -Pays the least out of other retailers, while requiring the most out of their employees, including specialized skillsets -More understaffed than other retailers -Less hours given than other retailers -Constant pushing of new metrics

      Pros

      Half off clearance items was very nice and the non management were very under appreciated.

      Cons

      Dirty working environment and little to no staffing due to hours being cut to nearly everyone in the store under 15 hours.
