Pros
- good boss and colleague - in general, people are kind - good training ground
Cons
- old style system and very chinese culture - micromanagement by authorities, too many processes - workload is increasing but they don’t want to increase the number of staff - no OT, low salary but does not compensate the workload - too strict that sometimes even petty issues become a big deal - high turnover rate due to company culture, only boomers stay for a long time due to the culture
