Pros

- People are friendly - Lenient working from home policy (although they do refuse to write it into contracts) - Can act as a foot in the door to gain experience if you are willing to put up with all of the negatives.

Cons

Where do I even start! - Unfair salaries (and they don't like you talking about them amongst each other) - Expected to go above and beyond with no reward - A mass of internal politics you have to navigate in order to do your own job - No onboarding/training when starting yet expected to know exactly what you are doing. - Micro-managing - Senior management does not care about you or your families, show no interest in your life outside of work. - Have a tendency to 'dangle a carrot' to make you go above your job description but then nothing ever comes from all of your hard work. - Benefits are none existent. They use the statutory minimum for everything they can get away with. - Job description never matches your actual job. - Long working hours. - No paid overtime despite being expected to work past your hours by answering emails, calls etc. - No atmosphere in the offices. - Problems are ignored and left for someone else to clean up. - No form of mental health support offered by the company. - No chance of further qualification to help your career/goals.

Pros

- Ample opportunities to visit strip clubs. - Makes you appreciate your next job more.

Cons

- Longest standard hours I've seen. - Unpaid mandatory overtime. - Terrible culture of bullying, harassment and ineffective HR. - Soul-destroying firefighter mentality to work. - Extremely out of date tech. - Poor management. - Poor progression. It is assumed anyone with talent will leave quickly.

Pros

- Decent product - Some lovely people

Cons

To echo the below review, regular sexual harassment that is actively laughed away by HR (seriously) and senior staff members. Discussion of female employee's appearances, whether they'd sleep with them, etc, conducted openly in the office. Self-absorbed, creepy senior management who view and treat female employees as potential conquests, even those in relationships and those half their age and twice their intellect. Certain members of staff have been complained about over and over again, with no consequence. Talk of fired employee's salaries being added onto their partner's salary to shut them up and stop them complaining. Pivotal and crucial members of staff leaving without so much as a thankyou from the CEO, who pretends to care, but actually couldn't care any less. Low salaries and pitiful pay rises across the board (except for senior management, of course). No bonuses. No incentive. General politics, pitting employees against each other, barely any space for progression or decent treatment if you aren't prepared to suck up to a senior member of staff.
