      Pros

      Limited to none. Rank and File are good people trying to do a good job in a very toxic horrible work environment created by senior leadership on site and Korean based ownership.

      Cons

      Korean leadership that hates Americans and is non supportive, back stabbing. Very negative threatening environment. Factory worker mentality towards professional staff, cannot leave early,can't take early lunch to avoid crowds, can't work from home on occasion, etc despite working regular 9-10 hour days.

      Good pay and benefits, HR function is well run, currently the market leader in their category

      Overseas ownership is stifling, CEO is a poor leader and has no long-term vision for the company's growth.

      Not many. Salary is decent depending on who you report to.

      Cons

      Korean culture with no consideration to the fact that they reside in the US. NO flexibility whatsoever. Leadership team keeps everything secret and the company doesn't trust the employees. You have to be sitting at your desk from 8-5 or your "not" working. They won't allow remote work. You have a lunch hour and everyone is to take lunch at the same time. The company is very lean and you will wear around 10 different hats so be prepared to work long hours. As people leave, they just pile more work on the people that are left. Basically you are just a means to an end and they don't care about the "workers" at all.
