The SDI management did not listen to the voices of anyone else besides other Korean nationals. Being a manager, the hourly SDI trainer had more say in the business than myself. Every other nationality other than Korean is treated as a second-class citizen.
The engineers that I worked with were some of the most intelligent engineers that I have ever worked with. Those engineers left the company due to mistreatment.
