      Pros

      Can’t think of any. Nothing good to say.

      Cons

      Takes 2 months for hiring process, having interview after interview. When got the job, tell you you’re not the right fit after a month, so they can give you 1 week notice instead of 1 month before probation ends.

      Pros

      The bosses are understanding and flexible with their working arrangements with me as long as I communicate my intentions beforehand. Pretty much expects you to behave as a professional, and in return they give you a lot of freedom to work on your project. Compensation is dependent purely on merit

      Cons

      They don't seem to want to expand operations though, so after awhile the games we make tend to be in the same genre.
