Pros

All of the free lunches and products could not take away the culture of fear that is present at Starbuds Baltimore. Management will fire you or write you up for any simple reason because there are a hundred more people just like you who will work at this thankless job. They're also anti union.

There literally are none aside from the employee discount.

Cons

Corporate is impossible to deal with. Promise to provide resources that you don’t get. Credit card tips never make it to employees. Try to spend as little on product as possible and push it out the door at high prices. The quality of the product is subpar because the CEO wants the highest profit margin possible with no concern for the patients or consumers.

Terribly underpaid for the amount of money brought into the establishment. Greed up and down the corporate leadership. 0 Attention paid to the needs of retail associates. Leadership will lure employees in with a favorable job opportunity then proceed to add more responsibilities without compensation.
