      * World-class team who does top quality work * Supportive and open atmosphere * International colleagues * Support flexible as well as remote work. Family friendly (majority of management has young children) * Exciting phase of setting things up

      * Very fast pace * Quite often our self-imposed targets are not met, as the targets are very ambitious * Rapid growth means lack of processes and confusion sometimes

      Very inclusive to non-Estonian speakers due to English as company language Motivated team Leadership with a wide set of skills (neither only business nor only engineering expertise but both) One does not need to worry about the finances Clear focus to market success Involved investors who are interested in progress in a constructive way

      Depending on tasks - workload can vary from time to time Open office space - not suiting to everyone. Parking situation is sometimes sub-optimal
