      Pros

      if you desperate for a paycheck, this place will give you one.

      Cons

      - Bosses demand perfection but give no guidance, or training to help employees succeed. You are on your own from day one. - Employees are forced to compete againts each other instead of teamwork. - No appreciation, no respect. Just constant verbal attacks and downgrade staff. instead of fixing the issue, management just hire new people and repeats the cycle.

      Salary quite high if compare to market. That's it.

      Cons

      Mentally abused by boss spreading negativity and discouraging you everyday, giving you jumpscare, disrespect you, even care what skirt you wore during work, cannot sit on table, cannot shake legs during work, cannot even sleep at office during lunch otherwise he threaten you to death. Do not fall into this company just because of salary, It costs you everything. Turnover rate extremely high.
