Pros
Had an okay work/life balance. Was a pretty relaxed culture overall. You really drive your career here. Your skills are recognized, but not necessarily rewarded. Great parties and there are some great people who work here.
Cons
Management doesn't seem to like to promote from within. There is no real salary structure across the organization, bring your negotiating skills. Very clique-y, make a good impression with management and don't ask too many questions and you'll be fine.
